With the accelerator, this is going to be a 90 minute session where we are going to sit down together inside of the Zoom. And by that time, you would have already did an intake form where I'm going to go through and I'm going to assess your need. This is a deep intake form where I'm going to get all the information that I need to know about your business, the way your business runs, your goals, and what you want to get out of this strategy session and how you want to go through and move your business forward. And what is your one most thing?

I'm gonna gather all of that from the intake form. That way I can come prepared in order to be able to have all the information that I need to be able to support you.

Like I said, it is not a cookie cutter thing. We can cover a lot of different topics in the accelerator from onboarding, from delivery and project management. Like if you wanna know, okay, how can I go through and how can I organize?

We can also do tech and systems reviews, which this is again, something else that's pretty popular within the accelerator where clients will come to me with their tech questions. And so usually this is regarding HoneyBook, but it can be for other things. It can be HoneyBook, it could be Asana, it could be Trello. It can be other things that you might want me to go through and evaluate and sit down and assist you where you can screen share.

your issue that you're having. I can screen share and I can show you how to do the thing. We can evaluate the current tools that you're using to see whether or not those tools are the best fit for your business. We can review your processes and see what's holding you back, see what you need to put in place in order to be able to support your business and the way that you work and support your clients. This can also look like you're offboarding a retention. One of these things that I find that clients

Sometimes just go through and it's one of those forgotten things is with the retention of it all. We sometimes have the off-board in it, but when it comes to retention, it's like kind of like those last minute things. And those are one of the other things that we can focus in is how can we get clients to circle back into your business? How could we set up referrals? How can we set up repeat business and opportunities?

I can even go through and review your offer. So if you have a new offer in your business or maybe it's an offer that you've been having for a while, but maybe no one's actually gone through and purchased this offer, or maybe you just started your business and you're like, okay, I need some structure and I need some clarity around my offers to see whether or not this is something my clients want. How can I deliver this offer? Is it priced correctly? That's something that we can go through and do, and also make sure that the systems and the workflows that are around that offer actually support

your goals and the way that you work and the way that you want your clients to experience your business. These are just a few examples that we can handle inside of the client experience accelerator, which again is a one on one session with me. But not only do you get the 90 minutes in the the in the session.

We also do go through and I create you a custom strategy action plan from the information that we talk about inside of the accelerator. This is designed to take the ideas and the priorities that we discussed in our strategy session and I take it and I map it out in a clear and actionable steps. So I'll take the three main points of that session and I'll.

put that in an actual plan for you. That way, when you walk away from your strategy session, you not only have the recording of your session, so you can always go back and review it at any point, but you also have the notes and you'll have your, you'll be equipped with your action plan. So you know exactly what to focus on next. You know exactly what to implement into your business. You know exactly what system to build and eliminate the guesswork and to keep you on track. And again, to help your business.
